Sarb Dhaliwal
Sarb Dhaliwal is Managing Director of Vertus Property Management, with more than 25 years of experience in commercial property management. He has managed every major class of commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial and mixed-use, and has overseen more than 3.8 million square feet. His experience spans ground-up development, redevelopment, foreclosures, asset management, leasing, project management, and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. Sarb works closely with owners to review their assets and find new ways to create value. Having worked with national tenants and small business owners alike, he is known for building lasting landlord–tenant relationships.
Ken Lucianovich
Ken Lucianovich brings more than 38 years of property management experience to Vertus Property Management. He began his career as a building operator, moved into facilities management and then into property management, managing and leasing a mixed commercial portfolio across Western Canada and the Northwest Territories. A former part-owner of a boutique property management firm, Ken has worked across real estate operations, facilities, asset and property management, project management, leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions. He has also led multi-million-dollar property upgrades and renovations as project manager. Ken holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is a licensed real estate broker.
Aman Thabrkay Dhaliwal
Aman Thabrkay Dhaliwal has worked in commercial real estate since 2019, managing more than 800,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial property. Aman specializes in onboarding new properties smoothly, keeping service uninterrupted for landlords and tenants throughout the transition. Beyond day-to-day property management, Aman adds value for clients through lease renewals and assignments, leasing up vacancies, and managing tenant improvements. With more than five years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Aman is a valuable resource on every project carried out at the properties Vertus manages.
Shahveer Naqvi
Shahveer Naqvi has been active in commercial real estate since 2021. He began his career alongside a leading city developer before finding his focus in third-party property management, working with established international real estate companies. Shahveer has managed retail, office and industrial properties and has helped manage assets for national investment funds. At Vertus, he leads business development, helping new clients find the right management approach for their properties. He is licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) in both property management and condominium property management.
Robin Stapleford
Robin Stapleford brings 15 years of commercial real estate operations and property management experience to Vertus. Since entering the industry in 2011, she has managed commercial assets across Western Canada, from downtown and suburban office buildings to enclosed and open-air retail centres, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments and heritage buildings. Her expertise covers building operations, financial oversight, budgeting, capital planning, risk management, landlord improvements and project delivery, and she has managed both BOMA BEST and LEED-certified properties. Robin works closely with owners, asset managers, tenants, contractors and consultants, and is known for a practical, relationship-focused approach to complex challenges. Her work has been recognized with industry and organizational awards.
